Bela Khattar
Ms. Bela Khattar is a seasoned legal practitioner with an experience of over 25 years handling diverse legal matters and primarily focusing on Criminal Litigation in Delhi and adjoining areas.
She has a notable track record of handling a wide range of legal cases, including those related to POCSO, DV Act, MTP Act, NIA, and IPC, among others, before the Honorable High Court of Delhi, the Honorable Supreme Court of India, and various district courts and tribunals across different states.
Throughout her career, Ms. Khattar has been entrusted with key responsibilities, serving as a Panel Advocate for esteemed institutions such as Delhi Cooperative Housing Finance Corporation Ltd., Vaish Cooperative Bank, Punjab National Bank, and Union Bank of India.
Additionally, she has contributed her legal expertise as an Additional Standing Counsel for the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) for a duration of three years.
Ms. Khattar is an alumna of the Campus Law Centre (Faculty of Law), Delhi University.
After gaining valuable experience, she took the initiative to establish her own law firm, Bela Khattar and Associates, which boasts a comprehensive practice, encompassing Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, and various other legal matters, reflecting her dedication to providing clients with a wide spectrum of legal services.

Mr. Gourav Mohanty is an advocate primarily practicing in Bombay before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court as well as courts/tribunals in other parts of the country.
Before being an independent practitioner, he worked as a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, where he represented many public sector banks against economic fugitives in cases of white-collar crime and fraud.
He has published research papers in the journals of NLU-Jodhpur and NALSAR, and has written several articles for The Wire, IndiaCorpLaw, A38 International Law Blog, and Bar and Bench.
Gourav graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, in 2016. He served as the Editor of Symbiosis Law School Journal and has won numerous awards in domestic and international moots.

Adv. Jaibatruka Mohanta is a practicing Advocate before the Courts at Karnataka and other Courts across India.
In addition to this, he is a Research Associate at the Centre for Environmental Law, Education, Research and Advocacy (CEERA), National Law School of India University (NLSIU) to delve into cutting-edge research, policy formulation, and capacity-building programmes for the government of India.
He, along with his team, advises the Government of India on matters of Criminal Law reforms and is involved with various groups to strengthen the criminal procedure in India.
He is also involved in preparing materials for prosecuting individuals involved in criminal sanctions – thus assisting the Central Pollution Control Board and other bodies of the government in the same.

Lakshmi Raman graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and has practising since 2013.
