Requirements
- The candidates should have excellent drafting and researching skills. He/She should be able to draft and finalize drafts independently.
- The candidates should have sound knowledge of IPC , CPC, CrPC, NI Act, Commercial Courts Act, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Act 2016, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Companies Act and other related laws.
- The candidates should be confident in handling effective court hearings.
- The candidates should be sincere, hard working and diligent.
