The Chamber is pleased to announce an opportunity for law students and early-career professionals to intern at the Office of P. Nath & Associates, a Kolkata based law firm working extensively in the areas of Technology Law, Cyber Crime Litigation, and Digital Evidence Management.

This internship is ideal for those who aspire to build a career in Technology Law and are eager to gain hands-on experience in both legal research and client coordination involving digital evidence.

Internship Details

• Duration: 4 Weeks
• Mode: Online (Remote)
• Start Date: 1 st June 2025 to 30 th June 2025

Eligibility Criteria

• 3rd year and above (for 5-year integrated LL.B.)
• Final year (for 3-year LL.B.)
• LL.M. candidates or recent law graduates interested in Tech Law
• Strong interest in Cyber Law, Artificial Intelligence, Privacy, and Digital Evidence

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research on Technology Law, AI, Privacy, and Digital Rights
• Draft articles, legal briefs, case summaries, and client notes
• Assist in legal documentation, editing, and citation formatting
• Coordinate with clients to obtain and verify digital evidence (under supervision)
• Participate in team discussions and assist with ongoing legal research projects
