Real Madrid closing in on Yoro, want to complete signing over next few weeks -report

Real Madrid have decided that Lille defender Leny Yoro is their main priority to upgrade the defensive line. Los Blancos want to complete this signing over the next two or three weeks, according to a report from AS.

Real Madrid need to add some depth to their backline after the departure of Nacho Fernandez, and while La Gazzetta Dello Sport reported this week that Riccardo Calafiori is on the team’s radar, Yoro is still the priority for Real Madrid.

However, Los Blancos still have to negotiate this transfer with Lille. The French club want at least €70 million to let Yoro go and Paris Saint-Germain are offering around €60 million according to reports published on the French press. Yoro is keen on joining Real Madrid and that’s why Los Blancos feel they have enough leverage to close the deal for around €40 million.
