About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Blog/article writing
- Agreement vetting and drafting
- Compliance and due diligence
Eligibility
- Candidates in their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years of law school shall apply.
- Prior corporate and commercial law experience is preferred, although not a pre- requisite.
- Candidates should have the ability to do independent legal research and analysis.
- Candidates should be acquainted with various citation styles, such as Bluebook and McGill.
- Candidates should be acquainted with MS Word.
