Iker Bravo leaves Real Madrid Castilla after two seasons

Iker Bravo is leaving Real Madrid Castilla this summer after spending the last two seasons in the club. Real Madrid completed a loan deal for Bravo in the summer of 2022 and they kept an option to buy him permanently, option that they will not trigger after the attacker couldn’t reach his full potential.

Bravo published a farewell letter on his social media.

Hello Madridistas, the time has come to say goodbye. It has been two years of much learning, of understanding life with the demand of being a professional at Real Madrid and, therefore, of personal growth and maturity. Thanks to all my teammates who have made my stay easier from minute zero; to the kit men, physiotherapists and doctors, for those unforgettable moments we have lived; to the cleaning ladies for always managing to make me smile when I arrived at the Sports City and, in general, to all the staff at Valdebebas. A very special thanks to my dear Arbeloa and the staff. Not only have they made me a better footballer in all aspects, but above all, a better person. I take with me the best life lesson from you. Thanks to the fans for your affectionate words since I arrived at Real Madrid and to the media for your generosity, understanding, and support at a crucial moment in my life. May what this dream once united remain over time, let us live whatever we have to live… Thank you Real Madrid.

Bravo never became a relevant player for Castilla and even had to take a step back to play under Arbeloa in the Juvenil A, where he actually made an impact playing against smaller opposition.

Teams like Stade Rennais, Monaco, Torino or Udinese appear to be interested in his signing.
