- The Role of Legal Academia in Adapting to Changes in Criminal Law: Exploring how academic institutions are incorporating the new legal framework into their curriculum and research.
- Comparative Analysis: Contrasting the pre- and post-enactment landscape of Indian Criminal Law and Criminal Jurisprudence to identify significant shifts and trends.
- Implications for Legal Education: Examining how the introduction of new statutes influences the teaching methods, syllabi, and focus areas within legal education institutions.
- Challenges and Opportunities for Legal Scholars: Investigating the challenges faced by legal scholars in understanding and interpreting the implications of BNS. BNSS, and BSA, as well as the opportunities for innovative research in this area.
- Changing contour of Indian Criminal Law, Criminal Jurisprudence after the enactment of BNS, BNSS & BSA, 2023 in Legal Academia.

Session Plan
- Two sessions per day.
- Each session shall be for 1.5 hours.
Rules & Regulations
- The registration will be deemed completed when the registration form has been duly filled and submitted.
- It will be mandatory to answer and submit the MCQ at the end of the Faculty Development Programme. (The MCQ legal quiz will comprise questions from all sessions.)
- It will be mandatory to attend all the sessions.
