Yet another absolutely heroic and epic Real Madrid Champions League comeback is in the books. Down a goal in the 86th minute, super-sub Joselu Mato came off the bench to score a brace before the final whistle and send Carlo Ancelotti’s men to the final in London.
Slaying Bayern is always special. The reward for suffering against them is pure euphoria, especially given some of the past trauma Real Madrid have had against them, namely in the 2012 penalty shootout.
