Hidayatullah National Law University invites abstract/proposal submissions for the One-Day International Conference On “Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and related Fintech Measures: Global Implications for the Digital Economy & Cybersecurity.
The Conference is designed to disseminate and deliberate on emerging legal issues on the said theme inviting domain experts, public policy enthusiasts, academicians, research scholars, legal practitioners and industry experts to participate and present papers.
The Conference has the Themes of Regulatory, Administrative, and Legal Concerns, relating to Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and Fintech Measures, Constitutional Perspective relating to Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and Fintech Measures, Sustainability and Development concerns relating to Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and Fintech Measures, Cybersecurity and Emerging Issues relating to Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and Fintech Measures.
About the Organiser
The conference is being co-organized by the Centre for Law and Sciences, Centre for Securities Law and Centre for Comparative Law of HNLU.
The Centre for Law and Sciences established under the School for Technology and Law of the Research- Hub and Spoke (R-HaS) at HNLU focuses on promotion of interdisciplinary research and analysis on legal, ethical, and policy implications of new scientific developments and emerging technologies. The Center collaborates with legal and scientific communities and attempts to bring forth societal awareness about critical legal issues relating to science and technology.
