NEW DELHI: HDFC Bank(Rs. 1052.77 crore), Bajaj Finance(Rs. 941.04 crore), RIL(Rs. 865.74 crore), IDFC First Bank(Rs. 855.02 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 720.66 crore), TCS(Rs. 519.16 crore), Infosys(Rs. 484.99 crore), VIP Ind.(Rs. 469.80 crore), L&T(Rs. 438.67 crore) and SBI(Rs. 387.48 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:49AM in Thursday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 232.75 points up at 22356.4, while BSE Sensex was up 774.28 points at 73770.59 as of 10:49AM(IST)on March 28.
In the Nifty index, Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 4.42 per cent), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 3.88 per cent), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 2.02 per cent), UltraTech Cement Ltd.(up 1.94 per cent) and Grasim Industries Ltd.(up 1.94 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Bajaj Auto Ltd.(down 1.41 per cent), Shriram Finance Ltd.(down 0.98 per cent), HCL Technologies Ltd.(down 0.40 per cent), Britannia Industries Ltd.(down 0.38 per cent) and LTIMindtree Ltd.(down 0.06 per cent) were among the top losers.
